Hollin Hills has eight parks comprised of 30 acres
within its boundaries, seven of which are managed by the Civic
Association of Hollin Hill (CAHH):
Paul Spring Park – used as a nature walk or a path for joggers
along the creek
Voigt Park – named after one of the original local landscape
architects of Hollin Hills. Has some playground equipment and is
the site of the annual Fourth of July festival, which is usually
attended by sever hundred residents.
Sutton Potter Park – Named one of the TOP FIVE THRILLER HILLS
in the December, 2004 Washingtonian “Best Of Washington” article

McCalley Park – purchased in the early 1990’s by the
Civic Association as a solution to the repeated flooding of the home
on the original land. Named after a local builder and repairman.
The park is the home of Stabler tree, a large holly tree named after
a local landscaper, and which is the center of the community Christmas
caroling.
